Skin: Eat healthy, adequate hydration, avoid pop and sugary drinks, adequate sleep, avoid smoking/alcohol and low stress would help.

Balanced diet: Eat a healthy, balanced diet, don't smoke, and stay out of the sun (or wear a good broad-spectrum sunscreen every day). Get some exercise, and don't drink too much alcohol. Don't take recreational drugs.
