I'm concerned because the doctor gave me ventolin salbutamol syrup (bronchodilator ) , he told after the medicine ends , make blood test . why?

No reason: If your doctor wants to do allergy blood tests, then there is no reason to wait since salbutamol syrup does not affect it and should not be the only drug to be used for asthma treatment. I suggest that you consult an allergist because the recommendation makes no sense at all.
