Contact Dermatitis: Localized itchy rash around area of metal belly piercing is concerning for a possible contact dermatitis. Contact allergens include metals (most commonly nickel), glues, plastics, rubber, fragrances, etc. Avoidance is mainstay of treatment along with topical steroid creams. See an Allergist if you are concerned. Diagnosed by allergen patch testing.
