Same as orally: Snorting (sniffing) tramadol is no different than taking orally. Tramadol is a unique analgesic drug with side effects: seizures, coma, difficulty breathing, hallucinations, heart attack. The risk may be increased if mixed with alcohol. Tramadol may cause withdrawal reactions if it has been used regularly for a long time or in high doses.
