Food allergy: blood testing is NOT very accurate. I rarely recommend except with young children being exposed to certain foods for the first time - Older Adults just do not produce enough Auto-Antibodies - IgE, IgA to be reliably measured in a blood test

No: Do not do a panel of multiple food tests at all... There is no benefit. Food IgE tests need to be ordered based on your specific food triggers, not a generic panel of tests. There is no benefit to food IgG4 tests, as they showed no benefit. A few, very specific IgA tests can test for celiac disease, but panels of food IgA are also a no-no. See a reliable allergist to order the right tests.
