Yes: If the contractions are regular and every 10 minutes....It would probably be a good idea to give your doctor a call and head to the hospital....Take your bags, you may be spending some time there! congrats!

Call your doctor: It depends on your wife's pregnancy history and how far away you are from the hospital but she has the symptoms of labor. Please call your obstetrician immediately for further guidance.
