Infection or not.: Sometimes it can be challenging to tell the difference between a cold (virus infection), sinus infection and allergies. Frequently with allergies, there is itching and sneezing. Congestion is common to all. Fever does not occur with allergies. For a brief review, check out my blog at: http://www.Familyallergyasthmacare.Com/2013/02/is-it-a-cold-sinus-or-allergies/.
