That certainly : Could occur as part of a delayed reaction phase. Take this seriously because if you develop difficulty breathing, chest tightness or swelling of mouth, tongue, throat or lips it could be life threatening.

Unusual: Most reactions would occur within minutes but for some people there is a delayed phase of allergic reaction which may occur from 2-6 hrs after the exposure but only if you have already had the immediate reaction.
