It depends: It depends on how much and how vigorously you inhale, and how closed the room atmosphere is. If there's little non-smoky air, you would be effectively "smoking" with every breath you take. (not as strongly as those who are purposefully smoking, though.) remote possibility your urine could show up positive.

Most likely not: If the blood test is a urine blood test. These tests apparently set a cut off point to allow for detection of drug in someone who's actually smoking but not so sensitive to pick up secondhand smoke. However, if you were in an extremely closed environment and inhaling a lot of secondary smoke then there would be a remote possibility that it could be positive but chances are very low that it would be.
