Generic suggestions: Obviously, provide support and assistance, but this is key: 1. Ms specialty neurologist 2. Use the newer potent meds such as gilenya, tysabri, (natalizumab) tecfidera, and do not miss! 3. Use vitamin d supplements, do aerobic exercise regularly, and try low fat, low salt diet approach. N.B.: if handled properly, ms is a treatable and controllable condition in this day and age.
