See Allergists: Tree nut allergy is potentially a life threatening disease. If one suspects tree nut allergy a proper evaluation by an allergists is needed. In general, if the diagnosis is confirmed then strict avoidance must be observed and injectable Epinephrine should be available for emergent use if needed.
