Mother nature?: Does mother nature live at your house? You can't really cure it. Your body will heal it over time. Rinsing with warm salt water and diluted 3% hydrogen peroxide (1:1 with water) may help it feel better. There are many otc remedies at your local pharmacy or supermarket.
