Maybe transient : Not an unusual situation for small nerve branches to be numb for a brief time after facial procedures. Not uncommon to see involvement either above or below the eye, and other areas may be involved on occasion. This should all clear within 6-8 weeks postop, but contact your surgeon for further information.
