Yes: Some people only have bronchoconstriction during exercise. It is thought that a primary factor is dry air entering the lungs, particularly through the mouth, causing bronchoconstriciton. Symptoms are excess shortness of breath or cough with exercise. Provocative testing may be necessary for diagnosis. There are several successful ways to treat.
