Don't accept this...: People often have poor health and accept this as a part of aging or "bad genes." Don't accept that you have to feel bad simply because you have certain diagnoses. Seek out a medical professional with a holistic approach and an open mind to new or even alternative approaches. The most important thing is to trust your healthcare provider, agree on the plan, and follow the plan.
