Me too!: I often wonder this same thing. The dermatologists are the most active promoters of anti tanning bed legislation, which varies from state to state. Here is a synopsis of legislation to date. http://www.ncsl.org/research/health/indoor-tanning-restrictions.aspx I would love to see more activism here among consumers! Get out there and vote!
