A member asked:

I'm curious as to what foods prevent getting skin cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Limited: The best prevention for skin cancer is sun avoidance- hat, sunscreen, shirts. . . Etc. Skin cancer-basal cell and squamous cell only are strictly due to sun exposure. Having said that, all cancer may be (strong emphasis on maybe) prevented or lessened with antioxidants. So food high in antioxidants like fruits and vegetables and nuts and seeds might help.
