It will be difficult: The cause of the stomach pain could be many things. Is is truly stomach pain or abdominal pain. If is stomach, it could be ulcer, gastritis, or just from reflux. You may some viral illness. If it is abdominal, you need to see your doctor or sooner go to an urgent care clinic.
