See PCP: Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen should help with both fever and pain, unclear where the pain is located. What you really need to do is to see your doc or go to Urgent Care. While some conditions are benign, some are not and that's why is critical for you to see a physician as soon as possible.
