Sorry there aren't: Any remedies that will cure the problems that underlie tooth pain. I understand that you have financial limitations but sometimes an ounce of prevention costs a whole lot less than a pound of cure. Research dental schools that are in your area. But there is no substitute for dental evaluation and treatment.

Dental School or: Try to see if there is a dental school in your area. They tend to be fairly inexpensive. Remember, the longer you let a problem go, the more it will cost you. Get it fixed now before it becomes a much larger issue!
