Please tell me what causes white spots in the mouth besides cancer?

Lot of Things: Simply eating white food can cause white spots. Fungal infections can cause white spots. Very small white spots can be normal. One of the more concerning causes of white spots though is "leukoplakia." these white spots can turn into cancer.
