New Crowns: Once a tooth has been prepared for a crown, only a new crown can replace an old, broken down crown. If the teeth are unrestorable, they will need to be extracted and replaced with implants or a bridge, either fixed or removable.

Cosmetic Crowns: are often full ceramic restorations. You want to make sure that you select a skilled, experienced dentist who works with an experienced dental lab.
