Please help! tooth paste stuck in braces?

Not toothpaste: Toothpaste is soft and should rinse out easily. It's probably food debris or tarter. If it's food debris, a water pik would be very helpful. If tarter, your dentist of orthodontist will have to blast or jackhammer it off for you. If it isn't gone by the time you read this answer, call your orthodontist for a quick appointment to determine what's wrong.

Not a problem: If toothpaste is stuck in your braces, there's really no harm in it since it will eventually dissolve away. You can also brush the toothpaste away. If the material you see is still there after you rinse and brush, call your dentist to have him take a look to see what is on your braces.
