Yes: Apart from Aspirin dose, i would also be concerned of the reason patient is taking aspirin, which may cause ear ringing. Multiples of things can cause ear ringing including uncontrolled bp. I would recommend consulting your pcp if new onset ear ringing. Also if not treated properly, it may become chronic problem.
