What have you done ?: Have you taken otc pain meds? If they are not helping, you might have an infection. The dentist treating you needs to be advised. Make a call for an appointment.

Talk with dentist: The first thing is to call the dentist who treated the tooth and tell him that you are having with after the root canal was done. Then follow his instructions as well as avoiding chewing on the tooth for several days, taking nsaids, antibiotics if necessary
