Evaluation: Breathing difficulty in patients with DVT is concerning for the possibility of pulmonary embolism and should be evaluated immediately.

Needs evaluation.: Dvt and shortness is a worrisome combination. You need to be evaluated immediately to rule out a pulmonary embolism. You should go to the emergency room for a ct of the chest.
