Work w/therapist: Feeling sad when your parents divorce is a natural reaction, and can bring about long-needed family discussions. Sharing with each other would be a way to do this, and may soothe the pain even if not changing the events. True depression immobilizes you, though. If you do feel depressed, working with a mental health professional may be very helpful to you during this time. Be well.
