Usually blood: Pinkish urine is a sign of blood in the urine. Bleeding in the urine needs to be evaluated by a urologist to include a cystoscopy (telescope in the bladder). This can be from infection or cancer. Depending on your age and risk factors, treatment will be depend on the findings.
