Rule out STD: Please go to your dr. Or a clinic to have the secretion cultured if you had any sexual contact in the past year. This may well be semen if you have not had and sexual contact for some time. Always better to safe rather than sorry.

Urethritis: This could be infection or inflammation of the urethra, which often causes discharge and burning with urination. It should be checked out by your doctor and usually responds to antibiotics.
