8 weeks ago, doc saw tiny itchy bumps on my shin. she froze it w/ nit. ox. left hypopigment white skin patch. scar-gel, self-tanner don't help. advice?

Time: Give it a few more months to see if the pigments would return. If still no pigment after a year, talk to your dermatologist to see what else you can try.

Itchy skin turns into fast spreading rash like bumps when scratched. Both arms and right leg. Do have allergies & asthma. Not on meds for allergies.
