Nasal tumors: The most common tumors of the nasal cavity are squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma variants. They are twice as common in men versus women, and the median age of presentation is in the early to mid 60's. The patient will usually present with chronic sinus congestion or recurrent nasal obstruction. Risk factors include tobacco smoke and occupational exposure (wood dust and textile dust).
