What can cure impotency in men?

Determine cause: Causes can include decreased blood flow, lack of stimulation or desire, low hormone, or nerve problems. Once determined only then can treatment be instituted. Sometimes stopping some medicines is all that's needed. Go to your doctor for exam, review your conditions and medications such as prostate and BP meds.

Depends: The "cure" depends on what is causing the impotence. Appropriate work ups should be done by a physician to find out the cause first.
