NSAIDs: Both are considered non-steroidal anti inflamatory drugs. Diclofenac is a classic NSAID - affecting both cox 1/ cox 2, Celebrex (celecoxib) is primarily a cox 2 inhibitor- originally thought to be safer on the stomach lining than other nsaids there is no difference at a year. Both have a cardiac warning on there label.
