High: It's high but out of context it has no meaning. It is not possible to say more without more info. Whoever ordered the test needs to talk to you and discuss its implications and what else needs to be done. Best to you.

LactateDehydrogenase: Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) is an enzyme expressed in many body tissues including the liver, heart, kidneys, muscle, and several other tissues. Physicians use LDH as a biomarker to evaluate tissue damage but it is non-specific because it is expressed in so many different tissue types. I have attached a link to causes of elevated LDH.

Physicians can order LDH isoenzymes to find what tissue type is affected which is a probable next step. LDH can be elevated from tissue damage, cancers, stroke, heart attack, and other conditions. https://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003471.htm
