No, but...: Likely won't help heartburn; will probably aggravate it. Nothing magic about apple cider vinegar, despite some popular books over the years. Heartburn in pregnsncy is common, hormone related mostly. Acidic foods, like vinegar, aggravate heartburn. Talk to OB about safe, useful rx.
