Can She be Pregnant?: Unfortunately there is nothing in your question that would be a clue as to whether your friend is pregnant. Here are the facts. If she was sexual during the five days leading up to her ovulation then if her period is delayed she should do a pregnancy test. If she is on birth control it is very unlikely that she is pregnant. You and her both need good access to gyn care.
