Been seeing a pyschologist for over a year, is it more likely that he has referred on because of symptoms moving out of his speciality or he hates me?

Second Guess: Not to worry. If he has not told you otherwise he most likely feels your problem deserves another pair of eyes. Psychologists and all good medical practitioners are not so proud that they must successfully treat every patient they see. A second practitioner often finds something overlooked or has a more effective treatment. If i were you i would appreciate his honesty and humility.
