Mouth wound: Rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide several times a day. Suck on ice chips to kill the pain.

Infection: Wounds may be infected. Whatever topical "medicine" you're using isn't cutting it. Before problem becomes disfiguring, please see your dentist. Your dentist may want to refer you to an oral surgeon. You need professional help. Please go now.
