I have this terrible pain on my right side close to my stomach unsure of what it is. it gets worse with movement.

Abdominal pain: Right upper abdominal pain could be due to a problem with your gallbladder. If it worsens with movement it might be a muscle strain. Sometimes upper abdominal pain can be referred pain from a problem in the thorax too, so it's best to get examined by your doctor to determine if further testing is needed, such as an ultrasound of your abdomen and a chest xray.
