The area around my eyes is swollen. has been 3 weeks. could it be allergies?

Probably: Apply ice packs, and see dermatologist or ophthalmologist. Also try allergy pills. Patients with heart failure or kidney disease can also get puffy eyes due to water build-up.

Maybe: If your eyes r also itchy and your nose running, and your r sneezing, then it is probably associated with allergies. But there might be other reasons why your eyelids can be swollen, like eczema, contact allergy to cosmetic, or angioedema. It might be better for your doctor to take a look at you.
