Maybe: If your eyes r also itchy and your nose running, and your r sneezing, then it is probably associated with allergies. But there might be other reasons why your eyelids can be swollen, like eczema, contact allergy to cosmetic, or angioedema. It might be better for your doctor to take a look at you.
