ER ASAP!: I see that you have been waiting for a response for a while now. Please check in at the nearby er clinic asap. Severe dehydration can rapidly compromise your health condition. It is highly abnormal not to be able to have or keep water--a key to life for all living things. I see "lump in breast" under your conditions also. I hope this post keeps you from waiting further. Please go see a doctor now.

Hydration: Dehydration can be a serious issue. You will have to be examined and evaluated to determine the reason for your discomfort. If you cannot drink water, you may need to be placed on intravenous fluids to prevent electrolyte imbalance. Important that you are seen immediately.
