Natural is best!: There are certainly times when we need an energy boost. A combo of carbs and protein are great for this. Something like a piece of cheese and fruit, a cup of yogurt, or peanut butter and crackers are good examples. Remember to keep up hydration as well, as that can boost energy! I do not recommend the use of other items, especially for children. Good diet, sleep, and exercise are best!
