Will retinyl palmitate a help in curing acne? tried everything for acne and this is the only thing i can think of before trying to see dermatologist.

Acne: Typical treatment for acne is oral antibiotics like Minocin or Monodox and prescription topicals like epiduo or ziana. Hormonal is treated with spironolactone. Retin a (tretinoin) does help treat acne. See your local dermatologist.
