Peeling skin: It not uncommon for patient's hands and feet to peel after a strep infection especially after scarlet fever.However, it it is hard to reconcile sinus tachycardia to a normal ekg. Therefore i would consult pediatric cardiologist or infectious disease specialist to rule out rheumatic fever.

? sequel of strep: Sometimes after strep infection that would happen, if he received enough antibiotics and has no other symptom as fever, that shouldn't be worrisome, if really concerned don't wait call or c ur md b4 next week appointment.
