Yes: I don't quite understand the question, however i think you are asking if blood clots behind the cervix near the body of the uterus could be seen by using a camera that goes through the cervical os and into the uterus, it is my understanding that blood as well as other pathological changes can be visualized by the expert who is performing this exam.
