Congestion: You may have allergic rhinitis, antihistamines, nasal corricosteroids and even singulair (montelukast) can control that. Knowing and avoiding the allergen(trigger) will help. Your ears will feel full because your nasal turbinates are congested. Decongestants will help initially too.

ENT: It might be a good idea to see an ENT doctor for an exam and possible treatment. If there is an infection, it would be good to resolve it before damage is done. You might also be given suggestions for ways to avoid this in the future. Inside ear structures are delicate and you can injure them with untrained self-treatment. Good luck!
