I've had blood tests done and just started clonidine yesterday because im going through the menopause and now im bleeding is this normal?

Not likely: First, one does not "go through" menopause. One "arrives"…..There is no turning back! at age 37, it is very doubtful that you are menopausal. You probably do have some perimenopausal ovarian dysfunction, hence the abnormal lab value and hence the abnormal bleeding. Clonidine is not the answer.
