A member asked:

Do estrogen levels shoot up on day 26 if your cycle is irregular and 37 days long? when do estrogen levels shoot up and decline in a normal cycle?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Menstrual cycle: During a 28 menstrual cycle Estradiol levels (estrogen) increases or peak around ovulation (12-14 days of your cycle) . Progesterone levels start also increasing around this time but peak on the 22nd days of your cycle. These are only estimates. The lh ( the hormones measure during ovulation ) peak on day 14.
