YOU NEED TO DISCUSS: This with your cardiologist and the OB doc, if i was your OB doc i would defer to the cardiologist as the cardiologist should be an expert on your heart condition, but even if they say you could labor you can request an elective c-section as long as your OB has counseled u on the benefits and risks, i offer this to my pts, u can request an elective c-section even if u have no problems.
