Ask the cardiologist: Right bundle branch block (rbbb), even partial, is not a serious condition. Most likely, this is unrelated to your history of mi's and angina. At your young age, you should be managing your blood pressure and cholesterol aggressively to help prevent any further cardiac complications. Ask your cardiologist if there is a diet and/or exercise regimen that will help improve your prognosis. Then do it!
